Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry.
- Generate leads and acquire current clients for solar projects and structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC companies, and industry partners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and order processing.




- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the solar industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar projects, solar structures, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.

Job Location: RDC, Ghaziabad

Salary: Up to ₹6+ LPA, depending on experience and skills.
