Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Bark, Dribbble, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Handle domestic and international client communication.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, estimations, and business presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation and client handling.




- Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting.
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bark, Freelancer, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools for sales and business development is a plus.
