✅ Acquire new clients and bring in new projects.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

✅ Manage client negotiations, accounts, and end-to-end client relationships.

✅ Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely closures and quality delivery.

✅ Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.

✅ Develop staffing solutions for IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.

✔️ Strong experience in staffing sales and client acquisition.

✔️ Expertise in account management and project delivery.
