Job Summary

NWAY Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop business opportunities across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent Kannada communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients in the construction, infrastructure, EPC, and enterprise software sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Karnataka.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, and market research.
- Connect with business owners, directors, project heads, and other decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present NWAY ERP solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal discussions, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Develop relationships with construction,



infrastructure, and EPC companies.
- Travel within Karnataka for client meetings and business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–10 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Experience in ERP, software, SaaS, enterprise solutions, construction, or infrastructure sales preferred.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel within Karnataka.

Preferred Candidate Candidates based in Bangalore or elsewhere in Karnataka who can communicate fluently in Kannada and independently develop new business opportunities.
