Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients across multiple industries. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with design, marketing, and technical teams to offer tailored solutions. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, conducting market research,



negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue and growth targets.

The Business Development

Manager will also represent Eunoia Designtech at meetings, events, and client interactions to strengthen the company’s market presence and brand positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales planning, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new sectors and accounts for growth.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, technical) to develop customized solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain creative and technical services clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online platforms to track pipelines and prepare reports.
- Proven experience in a similar role within design, marketing, IT, or related service industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in office.
