About Ekoching

Ekoching is a student-focused educational institute preparing students for competitive entrance examinations such as CAT, CLAT, IPMAT and CUET. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our institutional partnerships and strengthen our presence across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities and educational institutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate quality leads.
- Conduct institutional visits, meetings, seminars, workshops and promotional activities.
- Develop partnerships and tie-ups to expand Ekoching's reach.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and counseling teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Track business development activities, follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements




- Experience in business development, institutional sales, field sales or B2B sales.
- Experience in the education, edtech, coaching or training industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting school/college stakeholders.
- Ability to generate leads, build partnerships and achieve targets.
- A graduate degree is preferred.
