Job Summary

SBI Life Insurance Company is looking for motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Development Manager / Agency Manager in Amritsar, Punjab. Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agency partners.
- Drive life insurance sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor team performance and support the achievement of sales objectives.
- Generate recent business opportunities through networking and market development.
- Guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes,



and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop a productive team.
- Good leadership, negotiation, and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of life insurance products and distribution channels is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
- Annual Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA.
