Job Summary:

UrbanPillar is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in real estate sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with a proven ability to generate leads, drive site visits, and achieve booking targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate business opportunities and drive sales for real estate projects.
2. Identify and develop relationships with potential clients.
3. Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
6. Coordinate with the pre-sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead conversion.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
8. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
2.



Prior experience in East Pune Real estate market.
3. Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
5. Good client relationship management and networking skills.
6. A target-driven, professional, and proactive approach.
