Daasho is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, acquiring new clients and business partners, managing sales activities, and achieving business development targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, field visits, and client outreach.
- Identify and onboard restaurants, merchants, and potential business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Promote Daasho's products and services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution.
- Monitor business development performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business activities.

Requirements
- Any undergraduate degree is accepted.




- Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and business development skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings and business development activities.

Compensation Fixed Monthly CTC: ₹44,000

Fixed Annual CTC: ₹5,28,000 (₹5.28 LPA)

Additional Performance-Based Incentives: Up to ₹2,00,000 annually, based on individual performance and achievement of business targets.

The incentive component is variable and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on performance and the applicable incentive structure.
