About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our security consultancy firm. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the security agency or security services industry, with a strong ability to generate new business, acquire clients, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security services sector.
- Generate leads and acquire corporate and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare business proposals, and negotiate service contracts.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.




- Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.

Mandatory Requirements ✅ Prior experience in a security agency or security services company.

✅ Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

✅ Solid communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

✅ A target-driven mindset with a focus on business growth.

✅ Willingness to work in the Kothanur, Bengaluru area.
