Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth for ADA Technologies. Daily activities include researching target markets, generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Manager will work closely with technical and design teams to align client requirements with ADA Technologies’ web, mobile, UI/UX, and custom software solutions. The role also involves monitoring market trends, managing sales pipelines, reporting on performance, and contributing to strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Understanding of software development, web and mobile app solutions, and digital product lifecycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, opportunity assessment, and planning.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in IT services, software development, or digital agency business development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and, when required, travel for client meetings or events.
