Our Academy SaaS helps sports academies manage their day-to-day operations including athletes, coaches, attendance, batches, fee collection, assessments, communication and reports through one platform.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow Sportzzbook's Academy SaaS business across Delhi/NCR.

You will work closely with sports academies, academy owners and coaches—understanding their requirements, introducing Sportzzbook, conducting product demos and building long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do

- Identify and connect with sports academies across Delhi/NCR
- Build relationships with academy owners and decision-makers
- Conduct meetings and product demonstrations
- Understand academy requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Manage follow-ups, proposals and business closures
- Develop new partnerships and business opportunities
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline




- Work closely with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding
- Represent Sportzzbook at relevant sports events and industry meetings

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with meetings, networking and field visits
- Ability to understand and present technology products
- Self-driven and comfortable working with targets
- Interest in Sports + Technology is a strong advantage
- Experience in SaaS, SportsTech, EdTech or institutional sales will be preferred

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
