- Handle national and international clients .
- Prepare and submit proposals/bids on Upwork.
- Conduct client calls, understand requirements, and close deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Generate current business opportunities for IT services.

Requirements:

- Experience in Upwork bidding and IT sales .
- Strong cold calling and communication skills .
- Good knowledge of national & international client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of website, mobile app, software, UI/UX, and digital marketing services .
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
