Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida. The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and engaging prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements.

The Business Development

Executive will present suitable property solutions, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures. Day-to-day responsibilities include follow-ups with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



preparing basic sales reports, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline.
