We are seeking a proactive BDM who can generate qualified leads for our US STEM staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate should have experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, email outreach, and other lead generation tools to identify decision-makers and schedule introductory meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients across the United States.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, job boards, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to hiring managers, HR professionals, recruiters, and business owners through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain lead data and follow-up activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, and hiring needs.
- Meet daily and weekly lead generation and meeting booking targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, recruitment, or US staffing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator,



LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools is preferred.
- Strong internet research and prospecting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
