About the Role

MEDSCoders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our US Healthcare Staffing Business Development team. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in international business development by connecting with healthcare organizations across the United States and supporting our client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential healthcare clients, including private clinics, medical practices, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare facilities across the United States.
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including practice owners, HR managers, and recruitment managers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill staffing needs.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly outreach and business development targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition and business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and professional communication with US clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet research, and LinkedIn.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
