Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) for the Tamil Nadu region. The role involves counselling prospective candidates, handling leads, explaining training programs, and driving admissions for our healthcare language training and international career programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective candidates through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain training programs and overseas career opportunities.
- Convert leads into admissions and enrollments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate candidate records.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Build strong relationships with prospective candidates and guide them through the admission process.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Previous experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, or educational sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Training & Probation Policy

- An initial one-month training period is mandatory for all candidates.
- Salary will be credited after successful completion of the training period.
- Probation period: 3 months.
