Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate leads through outbound calling, telesales, and telemarketing activities.

- Handle inbound calls from clients and resolve their queries efficiently.

- Convert leads into potential customers by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in B2C or BPO industry (preferably).

- Robust communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.

- Proficiency in English language is mandatory; fluency required for effective client interaction.
