Sivido is an creative on-demand chauffeur booking application designed to transform urban mobility. As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind our supply-side growth. Your core mission is to source, educate, onboard, and activate qualified chauffeurs, ensuring a seamless entry into the Sivido ecosystem while achieving critical acquisition targets.

(JD) & Key Responsibilities

Driver Acquisition & Lead Conversion

- Contact prospective drivers through proactive phone calls, clearly explaining Sivido’s unique features, benefits, earning potential, and the registration framework.
- Conduct diligent follow-ups with interested leads, successfully converting them into fully registered and active platform partners.
- Maintain consistent, engaging communication with prospects to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Work systematically toward and achieve assigned driver acquisition, onboarding, and activation targets.

Driver Onboarding & Support - Guide prospective drivers through the complete end-to-end digital onboarding and registration process.

- Provide prompt on-call assistance, resolving basic technical or procedural questions related to onboarding.
- Collect, accurately review, and verify all required driver documents in soft-copy format, strictly adhering to the company’s compliance and verification protocols.
- Ensure that all driver onboarding records, databases, and profiles remain accurate, complete,



and up-to date.

Driver Training & Batch Coordination

- Organize and coordinate structured driver batches for scheduled orientation and training sessions.
- Communicate critical training schedules, batch details, venue specifics, and preparatory instructions to drivers and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Provide on-ground or virtual assistance during training sessions to ensure a smooth, professional onboarding experience.
- Conduct foundational driver training on the Sivido application, highlighting core features, standard operating procedures, and platform guidelines.

Driver Feedback & Reporting

- Actively collect structured feedback from drivers regarding their registration, onboarding, training, and initial operational experience with Sivido.
- Maintain meticulous records encompassing lead interactions, follow-ups, registration statuses, document verifications, training attendance, and driver sentiment.
- Submit comprehensive regular progress reports to internal teams, detailing achievements, pending onboardings, conversion metrics, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot recurring onboarding bottlenecks and systematically enhance the driver acquisition journey.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
