The Business Development executive must be an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp our companies vision, understand gaming, develop specific tactical plans and begin implementation upon appropriate approvals. The candidate must be resourceful and able to develop a well-defined time management process in order to progress the vision of the company.

Position: Business Development Executive

Reporting: Vice President Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify potential customers and enroll them as Club Deltin members

· Maintain fruitful and cordial relationship with existing customers

· Networking, identifying and qualifying recent customers based on companies business model and guidelines.

· Obtain contact information of potential customers through existing customers, referrals, contacts etc.

· Maintain a database of potential customers contact numbers and emails.

· Work closely with gaming & loyalty teams to deliver business services

· Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.

· Attending training's, conferences, meetings and business related events





Requirements:

· Graduate & above

· Min 1 year of relevant exp. in Sales

· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write persuasively and clearly.

· Must be able to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.

· Must be able to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

· Must be able to identify opportunities for growth and take action to pursue them.

· Must be comfortable using technology and software to gather and analyse data, create presentations and proposals, and communicate with others.

· May require to work late nights and early mornings.
