Gravity Studio is a creative and digital marketing agency based in Guwahati, helping businesses grow through branding, social media management, website development, and performance marketing.

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can connect with potential clients, pitch our services, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with potential clients from our existing prospect list.
- Visit local businesses and meet business owners to present our services.
- Pitch digital marketing, social media management, branding, website development, and online advertising services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.




- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, advertising, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.
- Additional commission on successfully acquired clients, as per company policy.
- Approved business travel expenses reimbursed separately.
- Performance-based growth opportunities.

First-Month Expectations The selected candidate will work with our existing prospect list, actively approach potential clients, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals. The initial target is to close two new clients in the first month, with support and guidance from the Gravity Studio team.

Work Location and Schedule

- Location: Gravity Studio, Beltola Survey, Guwahati, Assam.
- Employment: Full time, on-site.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
