We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with a background in Hospital Administration to support business growth of the healthcare centers we manage. The role focuses on increasing patient volume, strengthening hospital coordination, and supporting operational expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies for managed centers
- Coordinate with management and internal teams
- Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Support marketing and referral development activities
- Prepare reports and growth analysis
- Travel to centers as required

Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management

- Solid English communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of hospital operations
- Analytical and reporting ability
- Willing to travel frequently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle hospital software / management systems
- Good reporting and data analysis skills
- Organized, disciplined, and confident personality

Experience
- 0–3 years preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
