Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage and drive business development activities across both Trivandrum and Kollam regions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing customer relationships, and achieving business growth and revenue targets in both assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's courier and logistics business.
- Develop new business opportunities across the Trivandrum and Kollam regions.
- Visit potential customers, businesses, shops, offices, and corporate clients to generate leads.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote the company's courier, parcel delivery, and logistics services.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.




- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with hub managers and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client visits, leads, sales, and business performance.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned regions for client visits.
- A valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
