Job Summary

We are seeking an International Business Development Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle, driving business expansion in the USA, Europe, and Asia. This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will take over existing customer accounts from the marketing team, nurture relationships, and develop new business opportunities. The role requires a proactive, strategic, and results-driven professional to expand our international market presence.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing customer accounts handed over by the marketing team.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the USA, Europe, and Asia.

Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to closing deals and post-sales relationship management.

Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with nutraceutical, dietary supplement, and ingredient distribution companies.

Identify current opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.

Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.





Work closely with R&D;, production, and marketing teams to align product offerings with market demands.

Represent Ingex Botanicals at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility.

Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

Ability to travel internationally as required for business development and client meetings.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of global trade regulations, contract negotiations, and logistics.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies
- Expertise in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Understanding of the botanical extracts, nutraceutical, and dietary supplement industries
