Meon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Experience: 0–3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about business development, sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The role involves generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving lead conversion for our SaaS-based technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented approach with a passion for sales
- Basic understanding of business development and sales
- B2B/SaaS/Technology sales experience is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
