We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating leads for our Water & Wastewater Treatment, ETP, STP, RO, ZLD, O&M;, AMC, and Environmental Laboratory Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Visit industries and corporate clients to understand their requirements.
- Promote the company's water and wastewater treatment solutions and services.
- Follow up with clients for enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for client requirements.
- Identify recent market opportunities and potential customers.
- Collect market information and monitor competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development preferred.
- Experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, ETP/STP/RO/ZLD, AMC, environmental services, or industrial sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
