About the Role

Dreambits Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP and the Odoo ecosystem, along with proven experience in B2B business development and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo services and solutions.
- Research and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable Odoo solutions.
- Handle the complete lead-to-conversion process.
- Conduct initial discussions and product/service presentations with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and functional teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
- Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated with Odoo features, services,



and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- Good understanding of Odoo ERP, Odoo implementation, customization, or related services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead-generation channels.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
