Role Description The Business Development & Client Relationship Executive role at Xenvue Studios is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, and ensuring projects are aligned with client expectations. The executive will track sales pipelines, maintain accurate client records, and provide regular updates and reports on business performance. The role also includes supporting negotiations,



managing client feedback, and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen the studio’s market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills to develop and maintain high-value client accounts.
- Candidates should possess Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to ensure positive, long-term partnerships and high client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic sales and business development, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in creative, media, or advertising industries, with familiarity in project coordination and client servicing, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are preferred.
