Role Description The Business Development Executive (Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position focuses on identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of clients in target industries. The role includes conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting recruitment and talent solutions that match their business needs.

The Business Development

Executive will manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service. Daily responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and contributing to sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, or IT/technology solutions sales is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and client engagement skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic MS Office skills, and an understanding of technology or consulting services is an advantage.
