ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Associates for EdTech sales roles across B2B and B2C segments. The role involves promoting educational courses, counselling prospective learners, building business relationships, and converting leads into course enrollments or partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with prospective students, parents, schools, institutions, and business clients, depending on the assigned role.
- Explain educational courses, training programs, features, advantages, and pricing.
- Drive course enrollments through effective sales conversations and follow-ups.
- Identify potential business clients and develop B2B partnerships where applicable.
- Convert leads into admissions or business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and corporate clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the enrollment or partnership process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and conversions.





REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and the education industry.
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the specific opening.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and counselling prospective learners or handling business clients.
- Willingness to work from the office in Gurgaon, Noida, or Delhi, depending on the assigned role.
