About the Role

Are you passionate about communication, marketing, relationship building, and business development? Join Orchids The International School and be part of our growing admissions and business development team!

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented individuals who can generate admission enquiries, build community partnerships, counsel parents, and contribute to student admissions and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Build partnerships with preschools, housing societies, RWAs, and retail outlets.

? Organize promotional activities, community events, and lead-generation campaigns.

? Counsel parents about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process.

? Manage admission enquiries, follow-ups, campus visits, and enrolment conversions.

? Maintain accurate lead records and reports using CRM systems.

? Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills





✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Robust counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

✅ Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

✅ Willingness to participate in on-ground promotional activities.

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

✅ A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude.
