Key responsibilities: Call and follow up student enquiries by phone and WhatsApp Explain courses, fees and career options to students and parents Book counselling sessions and campus visits for the admissions team Visit schools and colleges to generate leads Update every lead in the CRM and meet daily calling targets Requirements: Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred) Fluent Malayalam and conversational English Confident on the phone, comfortable with daily targets Lives near the branch; two-wheeler is an advantage What you get: Fixed salary Rs 15,000 to 20,000 per month plus incentive on admissions Structured sales training Growth path to Business Development Officer and Team Lead Openings across Kerala branches, including Kozhikode and Malappuram.
