Job Summary

Integgral Corporate Services is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B business development, proposal writing, and client acquisition, along with familiarity with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr and knowledge of PPC advertising.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, preparing proposals, and building long-term client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent B2B business opportunities in the domestic market.
- Generate leads through online research, networking, and other business development channels.
- Create, write, and submit professional business proposals to prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue projects through platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable service offerings.
- Follow up with potential clients,



negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand the basics of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and its role in lead generation.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client-handling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of domestic B2B business development and lead generation.
- Experience in proposal writing and client pitching.
- Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr for business acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of PPC advertising and digital marketing.
- Strong follow-up, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
