Position Overview

Motion Muzaffarpur is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and ambitious Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive student enrollments, build robust relationships with parents and schools, and expand the institute’s footprint across Muzaffarpur and surrounding regions. As a BDA, you will serve as the primary link between prospective students/parents and Motion’s competitive exam preparation programs (IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation/NTSE/Olympiads).

Key Responsibilities & Essential Duties1. Lead Generation & Outreach

- School & College Contact: Conduct outreach programs, school visitations, seminars, and talent reward exams (like MTSE / MOST Tests) across schools in and around Muzaffarpur.
- Field & Direct Marketing: Organize local awareness campaigns, information desks, canopy setups, and counseling camps.
- Digital & Local Database Management: Follow up on digital leads, walk-ins, and telephonic inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

2. Career Counseling & Lead Conversion

- Parent & Student Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their academic aspirations and suggest suitable Motion classroom programs.
- Program Presentation:



Articulate Motion’s unique selling propositions (USPs), batch offerings, study materials, teaching methodologies, faculty strength, and past results.
- Closing Enrollments: Guide parents through the admission, scholarship, and fee payment procedures to successfully close admissions and hit targets.

3. Relationship & Network Management

- School Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management, and coaching coordinators for conducting joint scholarship tests or workshops.
- Student Retention & Referral: Maintain cordial relations with existing students and parents to build a robust referral network.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Competitive Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities, fee structures, and promotional strategies in the Muzaffarpur region.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Marketing Team to plan weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
