We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team and help students choose the right courses for their future.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential students and leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain the academy's courses, benefits, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships with students.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to generate and convert leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until enrollment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling, and lead conversion.
- Confidence in speaking with students and explaining course details.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, education counseling, or business development will have an advantage.
- Willingness to work toward sales targets.
