Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the growth of Hacking Pathshala’s training and internship programs. In this role, the associate will identify and qualify new leads, conduct market research to understand learner needs and competitive offerings, and help design effective outreach strategies. Daily activities include preparing and delivering presentations to potential learners and partners, coordinating online meetings or webinars,



and maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or tracking tools.

The role also involves collaborating with marketing and training teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospective learners, and contribute to enrollment targets and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust communication abilities, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening skills.
- Presentation skills and experience creating and delivering engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
- Lead generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining lead pipelines.
- Market research skills to analyze trends, learner needs, and competitive offerings in IT training and certification.
- Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity training and certifications (e.g., CEH, eJPT, OSCP, RHCSA) is an advantage.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or sales tracking software, and productivity applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets or deadlines.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
