- Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, telemarketing, and lead generation activities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve target achievements in terms of sales revenue growth.

- Provide counseling services to customers on financial products such as insurance policies.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in international BPO/call center environment or related field.

- Solid skills in business development, cross selling, upselling, and telemarketing/telesales.

- Ability to work effectively in an fast-paced environment with high energy levels.
