Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and reaching out to prospective learners for trading and financial market programs, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into enrollments.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct follow-ups via calls, messages, and meetings, maintain accurate records in CRM or internal systems, and support promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and workshops. The person in this role will collaborate with the marketing and training teams, provide feedback from prospective learners, and contribute to building long-term relationships with clients. The position is designed for freshers who are eager to learn,



grow, and build a career in business development within the financial education sector.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to present ideas confidently.
