Civil Guruji Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, calling, follow-ups, sales conversion, college visits, company collaborations, and business development to promote our training programs and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.

Explain training programs, fees, offers, and the enrollment process to prospective students.

Generate leads and convert them into admissions.

Visit colleges and educational institutions for business development activities.

Coordinate and organize workshops, seminars,



and career guidance sessions at colleges.

Interact with students to generate quality leads and promote training programs.

Build and maintain collaborations with companies, organizations, and industry partners for training, recruitment, corporate programs, and other business opportunities.

Maintain lead records, follow-up details, and sales reports.

Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and student onboarding.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with calling as well as field visits and college visits.

Good interpersonal, presentation, and coordination skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
