Role & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and tuition centers.

- Plan and execute engagement activities in the assigned territory such as seminars, BTL activities, BMS workshops, and Olympiads.

- Generate leads and identify prospective clients through field activities and networking.

- Meet assigned sales and institutional onboarding targets within timelines.

- Coordinate with school authorities and key stakeholders to drive partnerships and collaborations.

- Ensure disciplined working, timely reporting, and adherence to company processes.

- Focus on data acquisition and build a strong network with stakeholders for long-term business growth.

Requirements:

- Graduation (Science preferred)

- 3–5 years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in Marathi language

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
