About Gold Gini

Gold Gini helps customers buy, sell, and unlock the value of gold with transparency, trust, and convenience. We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.
- Generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with jewellers, dealers, financial institutions, and channel partners.
- Negotiate and close business deals and partnership agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline, CRM, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in gold, jewellery, BFSI, fintech, or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
- Target-driven mindset and willingness to travel as required.
