About the Role

We are looking for a confident and responsible Business Analyst – Post Sales to manage clients, requirements, project execution, escalations, and deliverables independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client communication, meetings, relationships, and expectations.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Project Management teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and commitments.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned clients and projects.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Post Sales, Client Handling, or Project Coordination.
- Strong communication, analytical,



and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client escalation management and requirement documentation.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC and project coordination.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership.

Preferred
- Healthcare IT experience, including EMR/EHR, medical billing, or telemedicine.
- Experience with international or US-based clients.

Ideal Candidate: A self-driven professional who can confidently manage clients, resolve issues, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure timely project delivery. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
