Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Trivandrum.

The Business

Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather and document business requirements, and analyze existing processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. The role involves translating business needs into transparent specifications for technical teams, supporting solution design, and validating that implemented solutions meet business expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting meetings and workshops, preparing reports and presentations, creating process documentation, and tracking the progress of initiatives.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support user acceptance testing, and contribute to continuous optimization of digital solutions delivered to clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding, with experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and presenting findings clearly.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with agile or iterative methodologies.
- Proficiency in using productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, presentation tools, requirement management or diagramming tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in business analysis are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
