Designation - Business Analyst

Position Overview: We're looking for a Business Analyst who can hold both sides of a project together: the client's requirement and the technical solution that answers it. You'll work across our SensorVision platform and bespoke client projects — gathering requirements, translating them into transparent functional specs, and testing that what we build actually does what it's meant to.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IoT solutions.

● Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and use cases.

● Conduct meetings to elicit requirements and validate findings with stakeholders.

2. Functional Testing:

● Execute test cases based on requirements and functional specifications.

● Identify, document, and track defects and issues; work with development teams to facilitate resolution.





● Validate that solutions function correctly in various scenarios,

including integration with other systems and hardware.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

● Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications and business requirement documents.

● Prepare and present test results and analysis to stakeholders,

highlighting key findings and recommendations.

4. Collaboration and Support:

● Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

● Provide support and guidance during the implementation phase,

including user acceptance testing and post-deployment validation.

5. Continuous Improvement:

● Contribute to process improvements for requirement gathering,

testing, and overall quality assurance.

● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and functional testing, especially within the IoT domain.

Qualifications:

● BTech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communications or any related area.

● An MBA degree will be a plus

● Interest in IoT systems and solutions.

● Strong understanding of functional testing methodologies and best practices.

● Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

● Knowledge of IoT technologies and platforms is a plus.
