Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL queries, and Python scripts.
- Support the design and implementation of business solutions based on data analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business processes and recommend improvements.




- Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation.
- Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.- Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
