Work Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with mandatory hands-on experience delivering solutions for global Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences organizations.
- Strong domain expertise in Clinical Trials, Clinical Development, or related Pharma business processes (preferred).
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for enterprise applications.
- Strong scenario-based problem-solving skills with extensive real-time project experience and a solid foundation in Business Analysis best practices.
- Ability to independently lead end-to-end BA activities and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Strong requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business process mapping.
- Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with clinical systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and CDMS.
- Understanding of clinical trial workflows, GCP, and relevant pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- CBAP, CCBA, or other relevant Business Analysis certifications would be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Document business processes, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business, development, QA, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Identify business gaps, assess impacts, and recommend process improvements.
- Support UAT, validate requirements, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure timely delivery of BA documentation.
