xperience: 5+ years

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust domain knowledge in Payroll and Pension systems to support business requirements analysis and legacy application modernization.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payroll and pension applications.
- Understand payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, taxation,



pension contributions, advantages, and disbursements.
- Analyze existing application/system functionality, business rules, workflows, and exception scenarios.
- Work with business stakeholders and SMEs to document functional requirements and process flows.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation.
- Assist in mapping legacy Oracle Forms functionality to the new Python/Django application.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Payroll and Pension business processes.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and process documentation.
- Ability to analyze complex business rules and legacy application workflows.
- Experience with SQL and database analysis is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and UAT processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in payroll or pension system implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
- Experience working with Oracle Forms applications and legacy system modernization.
