We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience who has hands-on experience in bidding on Upwork across multiple domains such as software development, AI automation, data science, and digital marketing projects. The candidate should be highly adaptive and stay updated with the latest AI tools, automation trends, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms

Understand client requirements and craft custom proposals and solutions

Analyze a prospect’s existing business model and identify opportunities where our services or solutions can add value

Create BRD, SOW, scope documents, and requirement analysis

Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams

Participate in presales discussions, discovery calls, and client meetings

Work on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients





Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research and outreach

Stay updated with AI advancements, automation tools, and digital technologies

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Presales Executive

Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and client communication

Positive understanding of software development, AI, data science, and digital marketing services

Strong analytical thinking to identify the right solution for prospects

Experience with upselling existing clients

Basic experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
