We are pre-launch, running live activations across the city and rolling out smart vending kiosks. As we scale, we are building a small team that owns outcomes, not tasks.

Role DescriptionThe Brand Manager takes our brand from agency deck to market. Based in Hyderabad, you work with the branding agency, the events team, the video editor and leadership. Packaging, content, launch and the brand voice on every surface go through you. This is our first brand hire, and it suits someone who wants to launch a brand, not maintain one.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with the branding agency to land identity, packaging and the launch campaign.
2. Own brand guidelines across every touchpoint: kiosk screens, stalls, social and pack.
3. Run the content calendar across Instagram, WhatsApp and kiosk screens.
4. Brief and review the video editor and other creative partners.
5. Plan BTL campaigns with the events team.
6. Plan the launch across quick commerce, modern trade and our own channels.
7. Track brand and campaign performance. Report monthly.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

1. 2 to 5 years in brand or marketing at an FMCG, F&B; or D2C brand.



Launch experience is a strong plus.
2. Experience managing agencies and production.
3. Strong copy judgement and a clear point of view.
4. Working knowledge of FSSAI rules on packaging and advertising claims.
5. High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
