The Branch Support – File Processing role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer applications and service requests. The incumbent coordinates with branch teams, sales teams, credit, operations, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth documentation, verification, data entry, and file movement while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Scrutinize customer applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.

Process account opening, loan, and other banking service requests as per defined TATs.

Coordinate with branch, sales, credit, operations, and central processing teams for file completion.

Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Track file status and proactively follow up on pending cases.





Maintain records and MIS related to file processing activities.

Resolve documentation discrepancies and support customers/branches for timely closure.

Ensure high levels of accuracy and operational efficiency.

Support audit and compliance requirements through proper record management.

- Graduate in any discipline; Banking/Finance background preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in banking operations, file processing, or branch support.
- Good understanding of banking documentation and processes.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking applications.
